It can,in my opinion, be regarded as the best available for this price point(99$).Although it definitely doesn't have the flexibility of a professional model,it's also almost 3 times cheaper .So for a low price,this is the model i recommend the most as it still deliver some good voice changing capabilities.Just don't expect your child to sound like Barry White tho...
If your main criteria is the cheapest thing around and you don't really care about having any real voice disguising flexibility,the "best" of the bunch in the cheap category is the "voice changer 2"
selling for $49.But do yourself a favor and go in a spy shop and try it yourself before buying it.Every (money making) spy shop on the net praises this one..Personally i feel it just doesn't deliver...
